AIJP - Deadlines

For students who DO NOT require a student visa:

We request that you complete the application at least 42 days (6 weeks) prior to your commencement. After you complete the online application, you will need to submit 4 passport photographs by mail or 1 by email. Tuition fee payment is due no later than 35 days (5 weeks) prior to your commencement.

Notes:

Program Space Availability: Early application is strongly advised due to strong demand for our programs and the quota for native English speakers filling up quickly (see selection process). In recent years we have often needed to close applications earlier than our usual deadlines due to shortages of accommodation we can guarantee and limited classroom availability. Please also note that if AIJP is closed, there may be spaces available in other programs such as SILAC.

Homestays: If a homestay is your first preference accommodation please ensure that you have completed the tuition fee transfer at least 56 days (8 weeks) before commencement.

If as you read this you realize that the deadline has passed, please check the application forms to see if you are still able to submit an application form. If applications have closed, please contact Mr. Declan Murphy (Director of the International Office) at Admissions immediately to waitlist and see if any cancellations will give you the opportunity to take up a place. Please note that program space is more likely to be available (along with smaller class sizes) in the off season (January to May).

Please click here and read the Payments section before proceeding.
