SUMMARY: The Yamasa Institute Scholarships are specifically aimed at assisting students who are (a) currently enrolled in Yamasa programs, (b) currently enrolled at partner universities or institutions or (c) university graduates with an excellent academic history who are applying for academic programs and are able to prove financial need.

1) Students currently enrolled in ACJS Academic programs
2) Students currently enrolled at partner universities or institutions
3) Alumni of Yamasa Institute extension programs
4) General applicants

Applicants are advised that competition for the available scholarships is extremely strong and that the support of Japanese language faculty at your current university or alma mater is considered absolutely essential.
