Below are some samples from the Minna no Nihongo
texts. The character
on the left
means Chapter 1 and so on. There are questions from chapters 1, 7, 8, 15, 16, 24, 25, 31, 32, 38, 39, 46, 47 and 50.
It is no problem to start with absolutely zero Japanese. The teachers
delivering the elementary level classes are particularly skilled with direct method teaching
methodologies and you will be surprised at the pace with which you can learn the language.
(Note: All of the Japanese characters in the files below have been converted to image files.
If you have a slow connection please wait a minute or so for the files to download).
