Obtaining Post-Approval Credit

If you do not have time to obtain pre-approval or if your university or college is not prepared to grant it, then you may need to seek post-approval for your courses.

This is probably applicable if you:

1) Have taken a program for which you had no prior approval. (ie you seek approval after the course is completed)
2) Take a program where the faculty will not consider credit until they examine the course descriptions and the work you did in your classes overseas. (This is particularly the case with non-academic extension programs)
3) If your faculty does not know Yamasa or does not have any agreement or relationship with Yamasa.

Please note that with post-approval there will definitely be further questions about your credit, so under no circumstances throw away or misplace any records of your studies. Syllabus/Curriculum, exams and tests, note books, texts, audio tapes of oral exams etc.
