This ice fantasy of Pegasus entitled "Dream Castle" was actually designed by 2 children - Nozomi & Nodaka Uenishi, who at the time were 4th and 2nd grade elementary students at the Asahikawa Elementary School of the Hokkaido University of Education. A total of 529 designs were submitted, scroll down to see the children's drawing. This massive ice sculpture is from the 2002 festival.
